You will be redirected to a secured Cam Team website. If you do not have an account for this side of the website you will need to register first. Please allow up to 24 hours to receive your password.
- To see your account history; hover over Account Information then click Account Info
- To pay your assessments; hover over Account Information then click Pay Assessments
- To access the document library for financials, minutes and quotes click Documents. The documents are then listed by folder on the left hand side.
New Parking Policy In Place
On September 13, 2023, The Avanti Board of Directors amended the Rules & Regulations. Due to this change, the Association will be issuing new vehicle decals and visitor passes.
As per the amended Rules and Regulations, parking decals will only be issued per registered vehicle in the unit, with a maximum of two (2) decals. If an additional decal is required, it must first be approved by the Board of Directors before the vehicle can begin parking on property.
The CAM Team will be onsite on FRIDAY, JUNE 7, 2024 from 11:30 a.m. – 2 p.m. to issue new parking decals to those who have completed their paperwork.
Before new decals can be issued, you must supply the following documentation:
- Completed Resident Registration.
- Copy of Vehicle Registration.
- Copy of Driver License.
- Copy of Executed Lease (if tenant).
- Tenants MUST be listed on the lease to receive a decal.

Trash Compactor
PLEASE USE THE COMPACTOR CORRECTLY.
Open the door, throw your trash in, then shut the door. It will automatically compact. If you leave your trash outside of the compactor, the cameras will pick up who you are and we will charge you for clean up.
